Benjy crushes that. Mikal a different guy now that he is seeing the ball go through. He was cooking yesterday. No fear on the mid range.

Which as a Knicks fan I take more positively than anything else. Both teams played great and had dueling star performances and the team that won was the team that out dogged the other team in the final mins. I think that's fine of him to say and I take it as a compliment.
That was my take as well.
He and Chris Paul had the same talking points after the game, and I take that stuff as badge of honor (being out-dogged). They did indeed play good enough basketball to win the game but we stifled them down the stretch with hustle and defense and won the game.
Im such a Thibs homer and shit like this is why. Its all about the players and being the best versions of who they wanna be. As a result they lay it all out there for him and each other every night. Mikal "its all about the team and the coaches believing in me" Bridges man. This crew they have put together are so tough. I love when teams get physical and try to push our guys around. Every time I see Brunson getting muscled I think "that's not gonna work out well for you"
Is there a more annoying player in the league right than Josh Hart? Pretty sure he draws "this phucking guy..." charges from opposing fans 12x a game and leads all 4th qtr players as well
Being able to toggle between OG/Bridges as a scoring option on a nightly basis is also fantastic. OG really seems to take advantage of physical match ups while Bridges is looks like Rip Hamilton with a high end 3 ball
