I remember Sam did a quick review of him on the Game Theory podcast. Sounded like he was two years away from being two years away.

They did Sims a solid. Send him somewhere he might get enough time to prove himself since this is a contract year.

Thought we would at least get a 2nd round pick

Guessing this is a lateral move, but the good news is that Huk finally moves up in the rotation. Not as much of a rush to bring back Mitch now. We have a move the needle center in Huk. Mitch can go slow in coming back. Hopefully healthy for a playoff run.

I’d guess they collected a little bit of asset for Jericho (trade a 29 year old foreign player for a 23 year old), get some cash.

Probably turn around and flip Wright for Javonte Green. Green fits the need profile better. Wright matches NOP’s need better after losing Murray. Just a guess.

Doesn’t really make sense by itself.

Wish it was for a true wing instead of a guard but it's one end of the bench piece for another.

The Milwaukee Bucks subreddit sees this as win for them. And yes, they are fully aware of Sims and his limitations.

Well they are still reeling from the Kuz trade and need to stay positive

First Alonso signs and now the Knicks get Delon Wright.
