Even if fully healthy..Cavs/Celts are a major roadblock in the East playoffs. Only a few games played against the 2 but not sure we’ve come close to winning one.

Knicks are very very desperate
And bad
We especially suck against the elite teams. Until we fix that problem, we can't be taken seriously.
There is no fixing that problem unless you are blowing up the roster to start over. There is no move, no draft picks coming that can help turn that around. We are a bit like Ewing’s Knicks- a patsy to Michael Jordan and the Bulls.
The way we play against the top teams is reminiscent of the Kemba + EF futility.
Achiuwa is unplayable at the moment
I’m out. My fandom has limits.
Grimes and 5 1st for Donovan?
This is embarrassing.
Well to be fair only 3 teams really crush us. They just happen to be the 3 teams with better records than us
Mitch will help when he gets back.
They have us in the blender. Playing too fast for us

Not that much. And only for about three games.
Boston and Cleveland have really exploited the idea that you don't defend Achiuwa and the Knicks are erratic from 3.

We will get more stops, more second chance opportunities. Will give us the boost we need, when we get everyone back.
Wow we cant do anything to disrupt the Cavs
Why do teams like the Cavs and Celtics always just rip us a new one from deep? I can't believe how they just can't miss from three point range.
Maybe Kolek can get some PT

Cavs are running a motion offense. We are running a PnR ISO. I don’t think we make it past the first motion offense we see in the playoffs. I think Kenny Atkinson is a drastically underappreciated coach. And I think Johnnie Bryant was a tremendous loss. I don’t want to be a hater but I just think that our offense has incredible personnel that are forced to create ont heir own by virtue of the lack of a cohesive system. We have some of the best midrange shooters in the league but are going to struggle with elite motion offenses that prioritize the 3.
Doesn’t help that we are catching Cleveland on the second half of a back to back.
KAT just watching Garland stroll in leisurely for a layup says it all about this game

Atkinson did a good job with the Nets. Durant and Irving wanted him gone, wanted a less demanding coach I think.
Playing OKC, CLEV, & BOS, just shows where Tier 1 contenders end. The Knicks are in the next tier, which isn't a bad thing, just not a true contender yet. But the blowouts are disappointing, though keep in mind, we aren't as deep with talent and are playing a game right after a hard OT game. We got the one we needed to get, barely.

3pt D and and a top heavy roster is keeping us from tier 1. Mitch might help rejuvenate the 2nd unit. Might make us a tier 2 sleeper.
