Thibs never leaned into 2 PG lineups with Brunson, but they were effective when he did. Whether it was playing with Quickley, McBride, even Payne! There was good lineup data. Brunson is excellent on catch and shoot plays and he doesn't get enough of those opportunities.

I don’t think he’s unhappy as he has just that lowkey personality. But I do think he’s the player who will be shopped for a legit star, along with Mitch. Those are the contracts that make sense.

He's complained about his offense role/touches all year long. And he was the most animated in his frustration with KAT on defense. He has kept it professional and measured though, so from the outside it doesn't seem like that big of a deal.

Yes on big guard who can handle and distribute next to Brunson. These 2 guys are more iso score first but either would help and maybe someone else out there can be had.
New coach needs to get ball moving more somehow without dramatically effecting Brunson wrong way.

Wonder how a 3 way would look like with NO and Zion. MIL could get their picks back that way and tank proper. MIL could take Zion, get their first(s) back, we could throw in the WAS first. Send OG and Mitch to NO who they could keep or flip for more assets.

Role players. You can’t assume that 3 guys each with 35% usage are going to produce the same way. There isn’t enough ball. So you are reducing their production by literally taking the ball out their hands. You need guys that can be productive without the ball in their hands. I think 3 stars is too many. I think there is room for synergy and for rotations - don’t get me wrong it’s not absolute, but I don’t think folks should overlook usage when combining players.
