I don't object to any of the guys interviewed as they all showed something at some point as assistants. Brown has been there and back and stayed with Kerr to perhaps polish things up.

I suppose with Scott Perry in charge the ownership in SAC will let him run things.

As for Mike Brown he was not always in the right place at the right time regarding his tenures and being relieved. Clev thought enough to bring him back a second time!

Coaches are not like 30 year old players who are who they are. They are forged thru experiences and can get better if so motivated. Let's be real, one day he too will be fired or retire. My hope he goes out with a chip or two and he is honored with Red Holzman as they retire his number! Recall Reds second tenure with Knicks was a disaster. Same guy, different roster.

As said there is no magic coach out there to fawn over. Even Jason Kidd. Maybe we want him because we can't have him?
