Sounds like the lesbians in your example, Jaden, and yourself are all exercising free speech.

Jaden can continue on like this every day for the rest of his life.

Jaden is under contract. All they did was release him and are still paying him. He created this path for himself.

He is free to sign a contract with another team.

Also, free speech has to do with what the gov't can and cannot do, not private companies in this context. So I think your base understanding of what Free Speech is is not correct.

Society is rife with hypocrisy. And what you mentioned is one of the many, clear biases that exist. But I'm of the opinion that Ivey is in the wrong. No one is forcing him to accept anything but he's attempting to do that with others. I'm a laissez-faire kinda guy socially.
