He ended up being the second best player in that draft tied with Herro.

He's a good player. TO generally is better with him than without.

The biggest issue here was he was a terrible combination with Randle. Their games did not complement each other whatsover.

That probably says more about that particular draft than it does about RJ.

TO are midgets next to KAT.

They have no rebounding size out there.

Easy night to get boards.

It was a great trade.

Should have kept Precious too.

Avoiding an overpay to retain IQ was also a good move by the FO.

I don't guys who think we could trade OG understand his position in the pecking order on the Knicks. He's not going anywhere.

I agree and never understood the avalanche of criticism Achiuwa got.

Brown tightened the rotation out of fear of losing five in a row.

He waited too long to reopen the rotation IMO, but at least he's doing it again.

Lol, Hart waiting for teammates to pick him up off the floor, Coach Brown finally comes out and picks him up

He actually won us a couple of games last season. He was a bit erratic, but he did have some impactful nights.

And now his game is expanding.

To think we let him walk so we could sign Fatsobelly is a real black eye on this FO

MaTT4281 @ 1/28/2026 9:45 PM
Maybe let's bring in the bench now?
BlueKnickers @ 1/28/2026 9:48 PM
Wingstop + Kolek dominated the second half

Hey it’s not like KAT leads the entire NBA in rebounds per game.

We had a ceiling with RJ and Randle and it was the second round. I will always be grateful to both of them for getting the Knicks out of the gutter.

Just checked the box score. Looks like all I had to do was say something and they remembered how to play.
Philc1 @ 1/28/2026 9:55 PM
Good win over a good team on the road.

That's fair.

I clicked my heels with joy when Randle was traded, but I don't miss RJ either. Not a huge fan of his game, though I respect the guy.

Once he gets in rhythm it's like watching five womens' periods sync up

Gutsy win! Back to back on the road against one of the hottest teams in the league! That 3rd quarter was so good! KAT's no look pass! 22 rebounds! Mikal couldn't miss! OG dominated and dented that rim with all those dunks! Got to find minutes for Kolek! 10 assists!

4 in a row after that horrible stretch was much needed!

I really do miss him. I was a little upset seeing him in that King’s jersey. He should have been given another chance.

TBH - I was bitching most of 1st half and early 3rd -- just a myriad of sloppy/sluggish play.

I did NOT see that late 3rd and 4th quarter coming AT ALL.

Mikal was piss poor early - could barely hold onto his dribble and all of a sudden was super man with the shot and running the floor.

Kat looking like Bill Russell grabbing 45 boards -- OG remembering how to play ball and destroying raps.

Have to say Raps just looked like poo all night -- zero spark -- Quick and RJ looked very low/mid.
