Jose offensive confidence seems to come/go quickly and he’s certainly not a pure PG in the 1/2 court —— just limited to going right and often sticks standing with ball 3 point line extended.
Must say though when Kolek entered Raptor game last night he looked 5’8” to me —- literally shrinking away on bench
You're not wrong
Kolek is actually 4'6" but he looks larger due to mirrors and a high dribble
Frustrating loss. Easily could've won this if a couple of things went our way. Had two chances to send it to OT and Cap Clutch missed a wide open corner three and OG missed another wide open three top of the key. Can't ask for better looks. I'm proud of the guys for fighting back down 15 in the third. Zebras were absolute trash but that's what happens when you play SGA and OKC. Everyone knows they should've called that 3rd foul on SGA in the second quarter charging into Brunson. Not surprised they swallowed their whistle. Loved Brown getting the tech! Adam Silver's NBA officials are the worst of any sport. This is nothing new and it's not going to change.
We could've and should've won this game despite the zebras. They only shot 3 more FT's than us. You take those numbers against OKC 10/10 times! We lost because Cap, OG, Mikal and Hart shot 21/63 (33%) combined! Brunson missed a lot of bunnies, Hart missed like 5 layup's and Mikal and OG were ice cold the entire game. Give OKC some credit. They are one of the best defensively. Wallace easily is really good defensively. Bad job by Brown not featuring KAT more. Him only getting 8 shots in 33 minute when nobody else has it is bad coaching.
Another game where Diawara comes in and has an instant impact. Made 2 threes to keep us in the game. And Shamet was really good in the third sparking the comeback. I wished Leon signed a veteran Center instead of Sochan. The games where Mitch cannot play back to back and we have to go with Hukporti hurts us. I like Huk but he's too inconsistent. Had 3 bad turnovers that led to OKC points.
OKC is good. We'd be heavy HEAVY underdogs in a Finals match up but with a little luck and honest zebras (HAHA!) we have a slight chance. Not discouraged by this loss but annoyed at how we most. Feels like we beat ourselves. SGA is an unlikeable player. A guy that good and skilled hunting fouls is embarrassing!

Does Kat get that whistle if he is crashing into SGA?

If that's not a foul (not sure about lower body) our damn coach needs to get up and challenge.
He seems very adverse to challenge any calls early in games - I get it but if something is clearly missed challenge it.

I believe Hart started on Chet with Kat on IHart, OG on Shea, Jalen on the PG and Mikal on Dort.
Hart got killed by Chet - he was over helping all over. There was a play late 1st half where we just made a solid run to keep it close (Legler had just seconds before said Knicks need to close out strong and not let this lead slip away at the 1/2). Chet had already gone off the whole 1st half.
Shea dribbles casually over 1/2 court OG matched on his straight up - Hart comes way off Chet on the wing for no reason, Shea hits Chet with pass, Hart looks completely surprised, Chet sticks wide open 3, Hart throws hands up and looks for someone to blame.
Rinse...Repeat.
SGA 3 pt with a minute putting them up by 6 proved to be the dagger.
Lots of noise about refs, and they did suck. At the end of the day the kid was clutch when it mattered.
I think OG came back and got one on the end. Knicks did just fine. Shit got out of hand for sure but I Like they went toe to toe despite their defense that caused our shooting to be off.
more positives then negatives last night for me. It was nice to see us not get blown out after falling down 15 as this team has been very "high highs and low lows" lately. They played good enough to win the game, despite superb 3 point shooting from OKC and a career half for Chet. Knick defense held up all game long, we definitely could have shot better. You run that game back a few times and Knicks probably split.

Just as bad as whatever Shai is wearing

Can we waive Sochan or give Jemison a chance? Huk hasn't been good for a few games now.
Play great but also make 1 glaring defensive mistake and you sit. I'm OK with that learning curve.
