Tough loss. Give the Clippers credit! Every time we cut it down to 6, 5, they made a three. Garland, Lopez and Jones hit some big shots. Even though we gave up 126 points, I didn't think the effort on defense was that bad. Sometimes the other team just makes tough shots and I honestly think that was the case in this game.

KAT was tremendous! Sucks it was a wasted effort. At least that knee didn't make him sit out! Second straight game we can't take care of the to the rock. You can't win on the road with 19 turnovers! Mikal is in a funk. Shamet missed too many open looks. Nice dunk from Diawara! Good to see Kolek get some time cause GTA5 hasn't been too good the last few games.

We still got a chance to go 3-2 on this road trip.

For Brown to have Kolek in the rotation, in his first real year of playing minutes, he would have to be very solid and fairly consistent from game to game because of that inexperience, and he can't have a glaring weakness that all teams could immediately exploit at the playoffs level when they needed to. And that's not to say GTA wouldn't be inconsistent, just that Kolek is much more inexperienced and untested across the board for a team with deep playoff expectations.

I’ll continue to favor Alvarado because he can at least get the ball up the court against pressure. Kolek gets bumped too easily and in the playoffs the defense really tightens up. At least Jose can get to his spots. Neither player can shoot right now which is frustrating.
