Wondering why the Raptors waited until the 4th quarter to play with their Dick
I'm so annoyed about OG! Hope it's nothing serious!
Brunson had 29 seamlessly without being ball dominant which is incredibly good news for this team.
KAT is playing like a stud recently.
The last few games KAT and Brunson have been able to do their thing both together and individually without detracting from each other.
Probably the best they have played together since KAT joined the team.

I passed out before the game even started, holy cow.
I am happy to read this update on KAT and Brunson
No disrespect to Toronto but I'm pretty confident we'd beat them easily in a series. We just own them right now. We've won the last 13 against them including going 5-0 this season and every game has been a blowout. At worst it'd be a gentlemen sweep. I'm surprised they sat both RJ and IQ. Like they threw the game away and I don't get why they would do that. I'd avoid us at all cost if I were them but whatever. Now they'd have to somehow lose their last game against Brooklyn, which is not gonna happen, to avoid coming to MSG next weekend. I'd bet good money that happens btw. Do not see any way Brooklyn loses that game. They are not risking dropping from 3rd to 5th in the lottery standings. But if that does happen, we are in for a tough first round match up. I don't see an easy series against Atlanta or Orlando. The Magic especially concern me cause they play well against us and they are one of those teams that are physical and they would have won a lot more games if Franz didn't get hurt. I still think and expect we'd win the series but it would be a tough 6 or 7 games and we wouldn't come out of that series 100%. So let's hope we avoid them!
Let's hope holding OG out of the second half was just a precaution. They did not bother to show any replays of how he injured it so I'm hopeful he's alright and will be ready. Lord knows we need him! Brunson and KAT were great. Raps just don't have an answer for them! Good to see Mikal finish the season strong. Hit two big threes in the fourth when the Raps were cutting the lead. We'll need him to hit his shots! Love love love Clarkson this season and it should be a lesson to always be ready. He lost his spot in the rotation but never ever bitched or complained. He has earned his minutes and has played so well! He's got nice chemistry with Hukporti too. Nice dunks by Huk!

Clyde said during a game about 4-5 games ago that they had to sort out any issues in how they played and had to start trending upwards no later than the last several games of the regular season, because in his experience it is too difficult to work things out once the playoffs start.
I think we've seen that in two respects:
KAT has been trending upwards for weeks. This is the guy we traded for. He's playing smarter with less dumb fouls.
In the last several games, KAT has added extra sauce to his attack and he's applying force and aggression at the right times.
More importantly, his passing has been a thing of beauty. It is why I love Jokic's game. Seeing a big dime like this when you have that size advantage is a great weapon to have. KAT is big and long. On the first play he whipped a blind pass over his head to a cutter for an easy bucket. No small guard has the vertical clearance to do that over a defender. KAT is finally working the passing angles in ways you don't often see bigs do. It is special so the hope is he keeps doing it.
Someone got through to Brunson, because in the last two games his ISO work is cleaner and faster. Only once or twice a game has he overdribbled and had to yam a bad shot with time running out. This is opening up more ball time for his teammates and you see the results. Mikal is sprinting again and looking like he should. KAT is orchestrating and making good decisions on when to shoot and when to pass.
And in the last two games specifically, Brunson and KAT seem to be communicating better and increasing their intersections at the top of the key. KAT is screening and Brunson is making an effort to find rollers better, including KAT and Mitch. To some degree it may always be KAT and Brunson taking turns, but they suddenly started playing within themselves without stepping on each other's toes and leveraging each other a little bit more.
Better late than never.

Do you really think TO is going to throw a game against the NETS to face the Cavs instead of us?
Maybe I'm being naive, but I don't think they will intentionally lose that game.
It makes sense to do it, but will they actually do that? I don't know

It’s a home game against the nets. The raptors would have to start the hot dog vendors to lose

Yeah, can't imagine them losing this one.
Sure, there are reasons to believe there are conspiracies emanating from the league offices, but I don't think this is one of them
P.S. Can a team start the hot dog vendors?
TOR lose are they not in the mix to drop to play? I don't know where the tie breakers are but they then have to play an extra game to face either Boston or Detroit based on how it goes.
Toronto a good match up for us as they can't deal with Kat/mitch. Personally I'd like to see IQ and RJ. Naturally best scenario is a quick series and nobody gets hurt.
