Lots and lots of folks are with you.

Everyone put their tin foil hats on with me: NBA maybe also had either an inkling or hope that LeBron would/could end up in New York if they lost the finals. They tried to help by fouling out KAT and all the Wemby stuff.

Reminder: the NBA is a business first and not there to run a basketball purity nirvana league.

LeBron was 1000% rooting for us to lose.

And you’re probably right about the NBA as well.

Todd! When you give a straight faced answer that also seems genuine, I suddenly get confused because it’s too out of character and then I think maybe it’s a double subtle joke that’s on me haha

Spot on.

Zero chemistry

Lots of talent

So who among these guys is willingly sacrificing his opportunities for the team. Sadly, for them not us, I expect it will be VJ. I men seriously all of the others only have value dominating the ball.

LeBron will become a point forward though and probably get ~10/game

76ers the last 2 years were 16 and 26 in defensive rating.

Unless they can balance that with a #1 offense they don’t have a championship level team without major matchup/injury luck.

I don’t think I’ve seen this reported, but LeBron opted out of a 52M contract to sigh for 4M with an option for a second year at an additional 4M. This is an absolute first in the nba and no cone has the balls to discuss it

Or it could be that you are mistaken about it?

LeBron’s last contract with the lakers expired this offseason. It was a 2 year contract he signed July 2024.

LeBron wanted to come here. Dolan has a memory.
