those are ugly #'s tms, hope he 'ruins' that avg tonite! lol! id like to see nicky get a hit or 2. the guy has been so good for this team this year. he's like the fun guy, who can also hit the ball a ton, who brings commerarderie to the club and lightheartedness, which the yanks really needed this year. and, NOONE is more licked by the bleacher creatures than swish. the guy is f'in hilarious saluting the BC's every game and some of the other stuff he does out there.

just want him to have a good game and be part of this experience.

nick has been more clutch in the clubhouse than at the plate and his numbers are OK, not even very good or great. I wouldn't mind seeing his bat out of the lineup, especially if he struggles early and we have a close game late.

bro, believe me i'm rooting on the guy like crazy, i've liked him ever since Cashman traded for him, i knew we'd miss nothing when we lost Nady cuz of Swish, i said so in the beginning of the year... Swish is just very likable like u said... i really hope he proves me wrong tonight, but the #'s don't look good vs. Lackey... i might save him for a big AB later on in the game & go w/the better speed, range & arm in Gardner for this one... that's just me.
