Yeah, he's being consistent and that's all you can ask for I guess. It's annoying though, you know? Angel Hernandez -- friggin' guy, you're not gonna change the game over night. Baseball is baseball. i think it's probably MLB that instructed the umps to try & speed up the games... i doubt he's doing this on his own... if he is that's pretty ridiculous.
