He may like JH but he may not like the some of the secondary coaches he's working with. Then again JH could be included too I do know but Janis quote about growth and the environment is huge to me.
“The only thing he wants is for the Knicks to create an environment where he can develop and grow as a player and win.”

So why does he feel this way? What is the environment really like behind the curtain? Posters can blame the vets but I think it is way deeper than the vets.

I think overall KP doesn't feel like he can carry the load and all this noise about front office and related BS that has been coming out is his preemptive attempt to deflect the blame. Just like his "friend and leader" he is learning quickly you can get away with anything in tbe NY media once you are a "STAR". And is always everybody else's fault. That is what worries me about this and not what the front office is our isn't doing.

You get paid to play basketball, STFU and play basketball. Dont like the team or the "direction its going", wait for your contract to end and leave. All this whining at the media and low class scumbag behavior will only hurt his long term value. The media, the players union and the CBA have all collaborated to create this mess. Zero accountability and publicly blaming the company you work for are the hottest trends of the day. Basketball as we knew it became the first causalty of this "social media" culture.

Well there's something seriously wrong with the advice KP is either taking or not taking.

When we are told he has contacted previous or current Stars in the league for tips and advice its hard to believe Ducan, Gasol, Nowitski or any others said, "Act like a five year old spoiled brat, pout, and make loud public noises and you'll get your way. Show themw who's boss!"

As a fan you have to be very concerned about this summer's proceedings.

It's also important to put things into perspective and realize that nothing that has occurred isn't fixable. Fans tend to overreact, whereas i don't think Phil and co are too concerned. You essentially have another 3 years to make corrections, and that's a long time.

True. And Porzingis is young and should be forgiven for youthful mistakes. But he does need to learn from them and not compound them as he's been doing.

The pattern we want to avoid is that of a Darko - bad attitude, lots of money, lots of liquor, entitlement attitude... it all spells trouble. Certain European DNA and Vodka are a recipe for disaster.
