I loved seeing Boston lose in double overtime tonight too. Boston letting go of both Kemba Walker and Evan Fournier (and to NY) is going to HAUNT THEM. Boston is 2-4 and trending downwards.
Every team seems to be up and down at the moment, I really have no idea which teams will turn out to be the good ones or not! Still, glad we've been winning while we have our fluctuations

Michael Porter Jr (or MAGA Porter Jr as the Strickland call him), has stunk since he signed his contract- he did also get covid for a second time just before the season (and still refuses to be vaccinated), so wonder if he's struggling to recover from that?

Very very impressed with Scottie Barnes from Toronto. He looks like best of draft class and potential NBA superstar in the making. Get to see him live next game

Cha looks great. Ball/Bridges/Hayward is a really good combo and their other guys looks pretty good. Much more impressed with them than Chi and Ball/Lavine/DD
There is a definite "next" vibe from this season where young upcoming players and teams are looking really good and some of the older ones are not
Loving how the Knicks are 5-1 by all just doing their thing AND doing Thib's thing

When we traded out of our pick and there was a lot of protection on the Charlotte pick people were unhappy - but my thought was this was a team on the rise with waves of talent. Bridges clearly taking a step up- athletic talent was there and last year he was a highlight reel without a ton of consistency yet, but now he's taking that Lavine style step up. We may get the pick this offseason at this rate.

agreed. Caught the game against the Pacers this past Saturday and he looks damn good out there. Want to see how Cade handles the NBA now that he's back before I anoint him "best in class" but is definitely BY FAR the front runner in this early season

will be interesting... top 18 protected. I was a fan of Oubre and think they made some shrewd moves. They are really weak up front. You gotta make them pay for patrolling the paint with Plumlee all night

Sometimes there is a plan and it falls into place. Being able to project another team is part of evaluating talent.
PHX with Jalen smith might just be ok with him and ayton going restricted. I harp on owners being influential on even basketball matters. Sarver has been a bad owner for some time and now might be going the way of sterling soon. Who knows whats in that mans head.

These new jerseys look so good. I also liked the new one we had last year but this looks so good.
Looks great! I like the white throwbacks with the satin look shorts of late. The Logo needs a bit of a refresh. The Marvel/superhero shield look a bit dated. I think they should incorperate a city them. Nets only own one, there are 4 others. Put the skyline or NYC embedded in the logo. Maybe its just the Gray shield that throws me. I get the “new york” above “Knicks” but there are not other teams of this name. Yankees and mets have the intertwined “NY” on the hats. That or “NYC” perhaps? Just babbling.
Always liked the black and blue uni’s.

likly special court for the city edition. I do like the non gray on the logo!!!!! That was easy to ask for!! to me the logo is very 90's and the rest of the branding is very old school. Thus, a logo that is timeless. Celts really never messed with theirs, Yanks, redsox, rangers, bruins.....original league franchise. Granted, the old fat dutchman dribbling logo is way not cool anymore.
