LOL! Good take………
Vildoza was ready when the money showed. Knicks spend good money to give him a look. I wonder if he is still on the table if healed.

Roka’s better off as a second rounder as he has leverage now he is doing well. Fact is he can also sign a long term deal with Barca as well. Good for him and good for us as a pick. Maybe another team gets the hots for him and he is a trade asset if we don’t bring him over. Either way its good. He could be the trade chip with Mitch that gets us Brunson

Could he be the missing piece? I am really hopeful. He has shown to be a triple threat player so far. My only concern is about his defense, but then again we had Walker for what seems to be half the season guarding the point of attack

Something to keep in mind while looking at the Rok's stats and how good his at the rim numbers are.

He's not Ja Morant, but he held his own athletically in the Summer League. You're right tho, we won't really know until he comes here.

As long as he has the body control, vision, passing, and shooting ala Doncic, he should be fine - and it looks like he has a lot of those things. We shall see how he does defensively.

I'm not saying he'll even be an average NBA player, but people did say similar things about Fred VanVleet, Jalen Brunson, etc. If it were as simple as athleticism DSJ would be the face of our franchise

Obi Stoudemire

I wonder how this guy will fit?
With iq rose McBride and rokas we are prob more than full at pg. we may have to rethink major type moves

I think both the Knicks and Rokas are sitting in the best of all of types of positions.

Rokas has indicated he won't come over unless he sees a good path for playing time, fair statement. He has a very good team and environment for himself in Barcelona. I can't speak for his salary range but that's probably the only major difference for him being on the Knicks versus staying in Europe.

I don't think the Knicks ever trade DRose unless the offer is just too good. I don't think it is too much of a leap to seeing IQ start next year with Rose/McBride in the last year roles of Rose/IQ.

IMHO unless the Knicks are in a position to draft Ivey, they just draft the best talent on the board regardless of position (and to be clear: I don't think there is a PG worth it but we shall see how things shake out).

IMHO Rokas comes over when DRose is no longer on team.

Thats what I think too. Zero explosion with the ball in his hands. Not going to be able to blow by defenders with a quick first step. His shooting release is slow too.
