$30M per, reasonable compared to some other contracts

weird. are the extending him and then going to trade him or Trae?
Also, what happened to my Durant Thread?

Just. Say. No.
I like my players to suit up for the playoffs.
This would have been a horrible trade. Better to trade for durant.

Atlanta folks talking about trading for KAT next.
KAT, OO, Hunter, Murray, Trae.
Interesting lineup

get it done. I dont care if he's not gonna start. He's the backup PG, 2 way guy who fits in every 3 guard line up you throw out there. Finisher. Ascending player. Bobby JAckson/Jamal Crawford with defense. Having Iggy was kinda useful for GS...
He's worth it. Gym rat. Culture changer. Oozes positivity. Home grown. At 20M per year, he'd also be easy to trade... but keep him.

Crazy. 2 if not 3 of those guys don’t seem to get along with coaches and 2 are allergic to defense.
My own sense is Atlanta is a bit rudderless and not sure how to assemble a team and that’s primarily because trae may be their best player
For all of Steph’s greatness, he never, ever did anything like Ice Trae even though Step is 10x the player. Trae’s antics are both juvenile and demonstrate he thinks it’s all about him. It might be fun for him and entertaining for their fan base but it’s not winning basketball. Having a tough time remembering one of the greats doing that especially to Trae’s degree

Trae and KAT def suck at defense, but the guys at 2, 3, 4 are defenders. Trae KAT PnR would be devastating for defenses.
Brock Aller has found his match
Thanks Martin - was dazed/confused by that deal.
Wonder if freeing up the Todd salary & the 3 seconds allows Phoenix to add another player or move an Ayton. Seems like a significant exchange to just free up small tax savings. Wonder if Ayton still might get moved.
Why no McBride at summer L?

he's beyond that. He dominates Gleague. What's he got to prove in SL?

Yup, all he needs to take a huge jump is to work on beating his man off the dribble and hitting his catch and shoot shots at a higher percentage. Quick learned how to beat his man off the dribble so we know its possible.

I don't think Quick's problem was beating his man off the dribble. It was learning what to do when he got to the rim. I'm not sure McBride will ever be a guy who consistently shakes his guy and gets to the rim. But all he needs to do in order to show value is hit open shots and become a mini Marcus Smart.
I changed my mind. I want to trade for Spider now.

Until this season he had a legit problem with consistantly breaking down the defense. It came back in the playoffs when teams D'd him up good and we saw how pooly he played. I will never forget how often the ball would never make it past the 3pt line before this last season.

So quick to holler victim. Not sure why she'd feel so entitled to make physical contact with someone she doesn't formally know and is moving like they are on a schedule. The cherry-on-top is her thinking she deserves an apology.
