Indiana is going to be tough with Siakam. Your move Leon!
Knicks get to sign Obi in the offseason after Indy cuts him, and they net the two worst picks in the draft. Playing chess, baby.

Thats exactly what Thibs is thinking!

Has he been bad? I don't really follow.
Knicks only had MLE to offer.
Pacers got a good player looking to get paid. Good for them. Toronto could do a real talent reload with 3-4 draft picks and bring in a quality FA before needing to sign Barnes... I am guessing their plan is something like that. Hit a home run on volume in this draft, bring in someone and you that, that and IQ/RJ/Barnes/Poeltl and they could be right back in it in a couple years

Shooting 40% overall and 34% from three. Averages 13 ppg in about 34 minutes.Wont even bother with the DDV comparisons.
What does this mean for Obi Toppin. He was already on 2nd on the depth chart at his position. Now he's behind another high usage PF yet again

Thibs' fault.

Was legit hoping he'd wind up in Toronto.
IMO very risky for Pacers. Brown brought competitiveness and toughness. they're screwing around with chemistry

So inline with RJ's career %'s
Do wonder what Randle would bring
1) Does this deal push RJ back to SF? Thought Raptors had RJ in a good spot at SG.
2) Love Brown. Hare his contract. Not looking to mark that move but if the team doesn’t pick up that option, I’d be looking to use that MLE on him next year,
3) Not really sure Siakam fits Indiana the way they expect. Feel like he occupies the same mid-space as Turner. He is also a bit ball dominant, so I am not sure he delivers the same stats with Hali being such a good distributor. I would expect him to slow down the Pacers offense.
4) Interesting price for Siakam on an expiring.
5) Only move I really want to see the Knicks do right now is to get healthy.

I think you can only use MLE every other year?
