Donald Trump recently released an interview with one of the most popular podcasters in the world, but some say it could be the thing that will bring the ex-president down.

Trump did a long-planned interview with former athlete and current podcaster Joe Rogan, who has been critical of Vice President Kamala Harris.

But a few moments stood out to observers, including one in which Rogan appeared to be laughing at Trump as he accidentally admitted that he lost the 2020 election.

Harris' campaign promoted a clip from the interview in which Rogan seems to be laughing at the former president."

"Trump: I lost by like-- I didn't lose. Rogan: *laughs at him*," the campaign wrote.

The video shows Trump saying, "I don't believe it's this much, but it doesn't matter."

"I won by like-- I lost by like-- I didn't lose, but--" Trump adds before Rogan laughs out loud. "Joe, they say I lost by 22,000 votes."

Artist Art Candee responded to that clip, saying, "Trump is a global embarrassment."

Popular liberal influencer Spiro’s Ghost said, "Joe Rogan asked Donald Trump for specifics on how 2020 was stolen. Then could only laugh at the answer."

Former NBC executive Mike Sington summed up that part of the interview:

“'Are you going to present this ever?' Joe Rogan gives Trump the opportunity to prove his false claim that the 2020 election was stolen, he can’t and instead pivots to Hunter Biden’s laptop. In a classic moment, Trump slips and says 'I lost', and Joe Rogan laughs in his face."

Former Republican lawmaker Denver Riggleman also chimed in on the interview:

"I never expected it: I think [Rogan] brings down Trump," Riggleman said. "Donald’s inability to comprehend and answer questions outside of his ever decompensating weave was on display to millions of 'bros'. Any man listening to that had to be thinking that DT is on the way to 'gone.'"

Harris' official campaign also shared another video with several potentially embarrassing clips from the Rogan interview, labelling it a "trainwreck."

OMG dude, try to get through the 40 minute call her daddy interview. I've tried 3 times, and each time I get 5 minutes in before wanting to put a gun in my mouth. Kamala's cadence is the worst; you can't end a statement with a lilting upward intonation. You just can't.

Rogan Trump was highly entertaining. "I told Bobby he can do whatever he wants with the food, but you gotta keep him away from the liquid gold."

in the call her daddy broadcast she's asked "can you think about any law that gives the government the right to make any decision about a man's body" "No, no."

June 14, 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 8070, the National Defense Authorization Act for 2025. A version of the bill gets passed every year, because every year, the U.S. military needs a budget, and Congress has to write the check.

But in this proposed version of the bill, one particular item stood out to a lot of people online: The bill would automatically register all males between the ages of 18 and 26 in the Selective Service System — or, in more common terms, the draft.

I agree that women should register for selective service but that doesn’t mean it justifies republicans banning abortion while simultaneously trying to cut welfare and gut the education system. We don’t even have mandatory maternal leave in this country.

And when doing a whataboutism about women not registering for selective service there’s also the issue that there hasn’t been a draft for over 50 years

This is an apples to oranges comparison because you are talking about one year while I'm talking about 3 1/2. I think it's fair to say many Americans feel that whatever wage gains they might have made have been offset by inflation. I don't think this is Bidens fault, but I do think the democrats have done very poorly in explaining this to the electorate. Harris in particular has basically gone to agreement with Trump that the economy is underperforming and needs new programs to get it going again. This works to her disadvantage.

the year Biden started his presidency we were just coming out of a worldwide pandemic. I’m sure you don’t like people evaluating trump’s economic record solely based on what happened in 2020

Inflation occurred during and immediately after the pandemic largely due to supply chain disruptions and people not working. It also didn’t help that the national debt increased from $20 trillion to $27 trillion from January 2017 to January 2021

With an 18 year old son and the US inching towards war with Russia, China, and Taiwan it's relevant to me.

And what does that have to do with banning abortion? Females also currently serve in all services and branches of the military

I pointed out there is a law that specifically applies to men's bodies which apparently Harris is unaware of.

So cliffs notes for the 3 hour Rogan infomercial for trump:

—wind turbines are killing whales (nonsense conspiracy theory made up by the fossil fuel industry)
—boring UFC exposition
—Rogan tries to get trump to provide specifics on how the 2020 election was stolen from him, trump can’t provide any actual specific details or evidence so he immediately starts rambling about Hunter Biden’s laptop and how big his penis is

How much is a 3 hour spontaneous Q&A worth?

Polymarket sounds like a great indicator! I just liquidated all of my assets and put my money on Trump!

I will also not bother voting for Kamala. Why bother?!?!? Look at Trumps lead!

Trump is entertaining to racists, mysogynists, and the uneducated. They find him hysterical, and bond over it.

But don't let that bother anybody... Trump himself says he loves the uneducated.

They'll all be parroting his comments about Kamala laying on the floor, comatose. So funny!

If trump wins it’s not because Joe Rogan blew him for 3 hours it’s because retailers gouged consumers since the pandemic and then blamed it on immigrants and poor people which they always do. I got news for the trump voters — prices ain’t coming down if trump wins

Philc, in fact they might go higher if he increased tariffs.
His cult does not really understand how it works and will creep into everyday things.
Need a part for your car? Might be assembled here but with Chinese part(s). Tarrif gonna make that cost more.
Same with getting that refrigerater made in Mexico repaired. The little plastic thingy that holds the metal thingy that plugs in? That too.
Not to worry. The Chinese company will ship the parts to Vietnam and they send it here. Will still cost more.
We broke the home builders in 2008 after the banking crisis. Not a Dem or GOP issue. Its what happened.
I don't agree with Harris to give a tax credit to new home buyers. That will raise prices actually.
They need to incentivize home building. Why not more modular? Very expensive infrastructure and when home sales should level or decline, its a large over head to carry. Issue is there has not been large innovation in building over the years. Homes mostly get build on site. Nail gun is cute. Prefab joists and walls do help.

This is how directionless we collectively are as a country

I LOL'd. This was supposed to be in response the the Biden gaff about Trump supporters being Garbage (which he quickly corrected). Wonder if this is another bright idea from Lara - but definitely the visual of a Trump banner on a garbage truck that he is in driving on a tarmac in circles pretty much sums up the man completely.
