This past Sunday Nalod was in Denver visiting family and ran into Westbrook in Whole Foods as he was shopping with his two daughters.
Got thing for that. Ran into Raymond felton in Myrtle beach supermarket about 10 years ago.
These guys don't make eye contact so there is no acknowledgement opportunity to even say hello.
Was staying in a hotel in Wilmington NC about 2013 and Bill Cartwright was smoking a stogie on a bench outside. He did make eye contact with me and was friendly when I approached him. Basically said I was a knick fan and enjoyed watching him play both as knick and was happy he had a good run with Bulls. Real quick. Told me he was there for a coaches clinic. I said good bye, then literally bumped into Stan Van Gundy coming out of the elevator. I said "what, no flop?" He was puzzled then quickly laughed. "We know each other?" he asked, I replied "Naw, But I might have given Jeff his first diet coke".....Again puzzled, he took the joke and he reached out to shake my hand! I said "Im a long sufferings knick fan".....He replied "Ain't we all".
WEstbooks kids were cute, and Russ is basically a alien. By that, perfect posture, build and gait to his walk.
I do admire his sticking in the game at a lower salary and being a role player. 36 years old now, has played 70 games thus far, avg 28 min a game with a respectable stat line.
Perhaps under rated in lost in history but this dude was 9 years allstar/all NBA player with an MVP to his name. Was not a huge fan of his game but can't deny his talent or argue sure fire HOF when he retires.

Nah, I'd have to go Costco. Whole Foods does have surprisingly good pizzas tho. I don't know what I'd if I ever met Westbrook in a Costco tho.
Might not be much air left in that ball.
Still can’t believe this one
Holy shit this is hysterical. Maybe it's some kind of protest?

Playing out of his mind. Most of those points came in the 4th…
Wait, delayed buyout? What is this?

Piping hot take from goodtimes Tim. The guy is shooting 34.8% from the field and 31% from 3. He's an undersized 2 in a PG body with no PG skills. I'm not sure where he's projecting this from.
I think they will regret taking Sheppard over Castle, especially with FVV in a walk year. That said Houston still loaded with young talent.
ROTY will be Castle vs. Risacher vs. Sarr. Sarr has shown the most improvement over the course of the year, but I think Risacher with the most upside for the long haul. McCain was probably gonna run away with it if he stayed healthy. He came in looking like a veteran.
Man Pistons keep losing lately. Down late vs the Kings. I wanted the Bucks.

Thibs could just rest the starters when we face the pistons on Thursday
LaVine and DeRozan really went off tonight
