this was kind of the expected loss TBH. Almost impossible to envision going up 3-0 against BOS. BOS was going to come out with something to prove, like CLE against IND. I worried about a blowout.
but the next game, we gotta have that one, if we go back to BOS 2-2 the momentum completely swings their way.

Keep it close. This Celtics team isn’t mentally tough if the Knicks are only down 10-12 points going into 4th qtr Monday night I like our chances

Hey can someone share this video for the crowd since we are all so somber " Mek Eh Bounce " by Busy Signal and Pretti Pretti. We need to see the beauty in all situations. Sun will come out tomorrow my brodas.

Joe Mouslla is idiot but Mitch Robinson is a bad free throw shooter who doesn’t work on his free throw. It’s time to take the training wheels off Mitch Robinson and actually work on the basics like free throw shooting.
Anthony Mason got his free throws up to 73%. Granted he used a very unorthodox shooting technique but who cares if it goes in?

Wow, am I glad I missed this game. Looks brutal. The Starting front court 9 for 37? 25%? Blech!

Is it me or if this as close Brunson will ever get to criticism of coaching strategy?
“20-40 from 3, a lot we need to discuss tomorrow”

It is. Because they a mature team and don’t really air the dirty laundry. Thibs does the same during press conferences and glosses over when particular player suck ass too
Unless you expecting them to handle it that way?

Yea the most likely “Knicks win” scenario if you polled everyone after going up 2-0 was losing game 3 and winning game 4 and then having 3 games to win 1 and close it out. Going up 3-0 is really hard to do even for heavy favorites in lopsided first round series let alone our position in this series

I got no hope in Mitch Robinson free throw shooting, I have better chance at winning the lottery at this rate.

We need to stay composed and regroup
Celts are the same team that won last year w a better Pritchard
We’re a better team than last year and a healthier team
I think the 20 of 40 threes comments was not a criticism on coaching so much as it was that the celts were hitting at a high rate
We need to play w more balance and a better start. We’re still in comtrol

Even after missing 8 free throws Mitchell Robinson was still only −3 in his 19 minutes. This is what I've been talking about all series. Mitchell Robinson needs to start. He needs to start so that when he's plays he's not going to put the team over the limit when he gets fouled. The Celtics won't foul him and then he can be more productive in his time.
I said before the game Deuce Mcbride needs to play more. In 19 minutes he was just −1. this loss is not on the players; it's on the Thibs. It's been true all season, the lineup dieta shows that the starters are not a good unit together. All of the top units for net rating have Deuce McBride in them. If they want to win the series. they need to play Mitchell Robinson and McBride more than 20 minutes a game.

If we want to beat Boston we need to play with better ball movement and spacing. Boston is now the aggressive team after 2 games of us looking tough and gritty. We sucker punched them and they were stunned...now they've punched back and remembered they've beat us up most of the year. Next game's energy will tell if it was 2 fluke wins or that we are able to regroup and punch back harder because it will take that to beat Boston 2 more times. Can't wait for game 4 Monday!

Mitch can’t miss free throws like this when we are down it losses all the momentum after 4 free throw misses they hit 2 threes in row. It’s time for Mitch to make his free I am not expecting him to be 90 percent but at least be 60. Right now Mitch is shooting 33 percent that’s not good if he can’t do it play Ariel or precious.

It’s maddening how on offense we seem to be playing against ourselves. It just doesn’t make sense, especially when we played huge parts of the season varying the offense and KATs 3s were a huge part of it.
