I made this post a few days ago and it resonates even more after the Raps win:
Seems like the best lineup for Brunson is:
Mitch
OG
Bridges
Deuce
JB
This lineup allows him to dominate the ball while they play off of him. The other guys can focus on doing the dirty work and hit open jumpers.
I suspect the best lineup for KAT is:
KAT
Diawara (2027-2028 season’s more developed version)
Hart
Shamet
Kolek
This KAT lineup would probably have better chemistry with him. They would also probably get him the ball in his spots better than the first group. Diawara’s development is key because he is a more natural passer and ball handler than both OG and Bridges. I foresee he and Hart being able to grab offensive rebounds when KAT drifts out on the perimeter. Plus Hart can slash to the basket with KAT pulling the bigs out of the lane. Obviously Kolek has the best chemistry with KAT than all of our guards.
Kolek needs to get minutes. KAT and Bridges have been the most impacted by him not being in the rotation. He has court vision that neither Brunson or Deuce does. When these guys are getting fed on offense they seem to be more locked in on defense. I know Hart is a leader on his team so we should keep starting him, but after a few minutes we need to sub in Deuce to go with the backcourt rotation I highlighted in that previous post: JB/Deuce and Kolek/Shamet. Then for the rest of the game just rotate Hart/Mikal/OG at SF/PF. And for the times that we go double bigs, we should always have Deuce or Shamet at SG.

Read my posts and then turn them into an article a week later.
No hard feelings. Media leeches gonna leech
McBride? He played the full Sac game?
We are in good shape in the standings the rest of the season if we keep playing this type of defense.

Impressive first quarter
Best they've looked starting the game in a while
why is KAT hooking there man? so frustrating to watch, you have a 6'2 guard on you, just back him down.
Killer Toltec splashes the three on the break!
Brickage back to invisible?
We were absolutely rolling with Kolek/Mikal/OG/MO/KAT and Brown subs Hart/Mitch in and goes 2 bigs.
Mitch was fine but Hart has been awful on both ends.
Mo was a +19 running with Kolek but when Hart came in Kolek huge + was almost all eaten up.
Let Kolek run with shooters - not guys who are going to take the ball out of his hands and can't shoot/defend.
Best fleeting moments of this season seem to have had Kolek on the floor - in terms of offensive flow/pace.

I don't have a problem with how Kat has played tonight -- not hitting some shots he could/should make but he's pretty dominant on the defensive glass without doing too much stupid stuff.
When he just plays solid we can be really really good but again in that 2nd quarter Mikal/OG/Josh kind of turned into pumpkins again handling the ball. We are consistently inconsistent.

That was off a quick paced dribble and super quick release - very nice.
KAT mad and showing up Diawara for not passing it to him? this guy is Marbury-esque on the court.
Why is Brown bringing back Mitch with a 24 pt lead?
